A major rum of the Philippines.
A nice dark amber colour for this Don Papa aged 7 years. On the nose, this rum has a very varied aromatic palette. We first feel notes of citrus (mandarins) and then vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate, this rum is sweet and very round, it tastes very rich, gourmand, a little bit like a fruit and orange zest cake. After a long finish, we find again citrus and dried apricot notes.
