This rum distilled in the Dominican Republic is aged 12 years on average in the purest respect of the solera method. An attractive old gold colour. On the nose, a pleasant sweetness with vanilla and plum notes that will leave place to undergrowth aromas inherited from oak barrels.
On the palate, a very elegant rum with sweet almond and spice aromas.
A rum which is aptly named.
