This whiskey is a pure bourbon.
A nice amber colour. A rich and very intense nose with gourmet notes of black berries and caramel. After distillation, the whiskey undergoes two passages in barrels. First in heavily burnt white oak barrels, and then in brand-new casks but twice as much toasted. This double maturation brings in the mouth a full-bodied vanilla, caramel and spice blend.
